• Takes a hands-on approach, committed to the branch's expansion and success by implementing strategies that increase productivity and drive business achievement.

• Ensure treatment is executed by therapists strictly as per SOPs.

• Safeguard medical equipment, products and company assets, and drive existing-client upgradation.

• Follow up with clients and guide them to reach the clinics.

• Conceptualize visuals based on the digital team's requirements.
• Create images and layouts by hand or using design software.
• Test graphics across media — Google Ads, Publisher Ads, SSP, DSP, RTB platforms, social media, etc.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs with appropriate colours and layouts.
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final, on-brand designs.

• Manage incoming calls, chats and customer service inquiries.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve 100% CSAT.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust through open, interactive communication.
• Handle complaints with appropriate solutions within time limits and follow up to resolution.
• Keep records, process accounts, file documents and follow communication policies.

• Perform complete nutritional screening and create personalized diet plans.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
