Cancellation Policy
At VPride Hair & Skin Clinics, we value your time and are committed to providing the best possible care and service. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to appointments for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.
1. Appointment Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) without prior notice will be charged 100% of the consultation or service fee.
2. Procedure & Treatment Bookings
For specialized or long-duration treatments (such as laser sessions, PRP, hair transplant, or advanced skin procedures):
A non-refundable advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
If you need to reschedule, kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance to adjust your appointment without losing the advance.
3. Refunds
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Prepaid treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after commencement.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. Late Arrivals
We request you to arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability, and may incur a partial or full charge.
5. Clinic Rights
Vpride Skin and Hair Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or equipment/service availability. In such cases, clients will be offered the next earliest suitable slot.
